You agree to these terms when you accept them before you start using Shadowmark. You need to be 18 or older. Keep your login details to yourself. You’re responsible for activity on your account.

Shadowmark is a tool for reflection and self-examination. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for a licensed professional. If you’re in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

Use Shadowmark for your own inner work. Don’t attempt to break, abuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the service, and don’t use it to harm others.

Vigilant is free. Marked is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly, and you can cancel anytime. Billing goes live at launch; pricing shown today is indicative.

What you write belongs to you. You can export or delete it. We provide the service as-is and do our best, but to the extent the law allows, Shadowmark isn’t liable for how you act on what’s said here.

We may update these terms as the product grows. We’ll post material changes here before they take effect.
